The irrigation system of the green areas optimizes water consumption, in addition the species are native or adapted to minimize water consumption.
The water used for irrigation comes from the rainwater storage tank. The Project uses an innovative wastewater system, treating it through a Treatment Plant by type of effluent. 50% of industrial liquid effluents return to the manufacturing process after treatment. 100% of the treated greywater is used for flushing toilets and urinals.
Low-flush sanitary fixtures are used, with automatic cut-off, in order to achieve savings in sanitary water consumption of approximately 40%.
