MIDORI demonstrates its values with the responsibility placed on its people and the environment, it has the LEED certification, which stands for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design. It is granted by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council), a non-governmental organization.
LEED Certification is a way of defining “green” through a measurement standard. It distinguishes buildings that have demonstrated a commitment to Sustainability by meeting the highest efficiency standards.
The Certification is voluntary and requires the commitment of all the parties that make up the Project team: owners, investors, financial representatives, architects, engineers, construction personnel, product manufacturers, material suppliers, sustainability consultants, external consultants, contractors. and subcontractors.
LEED is the future of Construction. It seeks that entrepreneurship provides the best possible conditions to those who occupy it, to not make an impact on the environment, to be as efficient as possible in costs and to ultimately provide well-being to those around it.
